I'm new , Hi!

Hi,

I saw this and wanted to join up. My family tents...we try to go to national parks and forests alot..its fun but can get cold some nights (Yellowstone comes to mind..if a bear or buffalo walked into the tent, we wouldve been happy for the warmth!!lol)

I enjoy camping alot..last place we hung out at was at Lake Michigan. It was pretty 🙂

I'm new , Hi!

I am fairly new here too.  Right now I am in a warm house and not camping. We do not winterize our trailer as we take off now and then, but we do run a heater sometimes low when it gets below freezing. A long time ago we tent camped, then did quite a bit of backpacking.  Now we can barely hike a trail.  We sure see a lot of pets with RVs.  Our dog loves to travel with us and loves RV parks.

I'm new , Hi!

We would like an RV..well I would. My husband wants a 5th wheel. I used to have a wonderful beagle and he would've loved to come camping with us in an RV. He wasnt a tent fan 🙂

I'd do more camping if we had an RV and we really enjoy it alot. It's relaxing to disconnect for awhile, enjoy a campfire and just some nice conversation 🙂

I'm new , Hi!

I  grew up camping in Yellowstone Park.  My Dad had many summers off so we would go fishing (or he would) for the whole summer.  My sister and I even had our own tent.  We would stay two weeks in the park as you could not stay longer at Madison Junction the area he liked.  We use to visit fellow campers in West Yellowstone and one family had a small trailer.  I was so envious and wanted one.

After being married when we got a shell on the back of the pickup and could sleep in it in campgrounds I thought I was in 7th heaven.  Now I finally have my trailer and enjoy it.  Since this is an eBay group does anyone shop or sell while traveling in their RV?  I mail postcards that I list before leaving on a trip.  The problem I have with a fifth wheel is the steps going inside, they are pretty steep.  A trailer is easier to get into.

I would LOVE an RV..Ive got many stories about wet tents, cold tents, etc lol

I met someone who camps and does ebay on the road....I didnt ask if it wa shard or problematic while they were nomadic..I kind of thought wow, that's dedication! 🙂

Me? I go on vacation and I dont want to think of anything but relaxation, places to walk, new critters to see, a fishing excursion...

I dont give Ebay or my job a thought!lol

I'm new , Hi!

I know what you mean about taking a vacation and leaving everything at home!  Like selling on ebay, etc.....Once in awhile my hubby will say while traveling What we have to find a post office? (for ebay)  Fortunately I just mail everything from the RV park.  Yes I an glad I don't have a wet tent to pack up anymore.  Even taking down the popup trailer we had was a chore, not that it is chore free when we need to get the trailer ready to go on the road,

Right now it is wet and rainy outside, muddy too so not going anywhere.  We do like taking the trailer to the nearby Indian Casino where they have an area for RVs.  It is fun to sleep there and not drive home late.

I'm new , Hi!

My youngest son had a friend whos eparents took th eRV to our baseball tournaments. It was nice for the kids to have a cool place to stay in in th eheat, and warm up on a few of those cooler games.

Plus it was nice for us moms to sit and have coffee and chat 🙂
