That is sweet, I believe it's a shoe clip, I can barely see the clip in 2nd photo. But it can be used as other things as well since you only have 1.
Some call them sweater clips, some will clip them on chains. Your piece would be pretty in a bridal bouquet as well ( and you may want to suggest it in description)
