Need help identifying maker

This is interesting, never seen a brooch like this before. Are they gemstone balls or glass? You know maybe there's a possibility that it's made by a crafter. You can buy the brooch findings and those "balls" ( is it me or do they look like molars?)

     It's cute and youthful looking, should be an easy sell.

     Note: I did lens and crop it, no match up noted.

Thanks for the reply, it looks like glass, I see one air bubble. It definitely looks higher quality. I keep hesitating on describing it cause I can’t locate anything like it.

The fact that it has zero markings, lends me to believe @silverstatetreasureboxes  theory that it was crafted.

Now for the description:

     This unusual circle brooch contains 5 different seaglass colored balls rich in color and all securely mounted on top of piece. Fold over locking clasp intact. Measures xxxx, piece is unmarked.
