Victorian Sterling pin need help on origin

Can anyone help with the markings on this pin? It's marked Sterling in addition, has old clasp and enameled. Thanks so much!

They look European.  You might find them here:  http://www.925-1000.com/

Though the beauty may be in the butterfly, the struggle and growth occur in the cocoon.

Without seeing the front I can only guess, but it looks like a Victorian faux buckle sash pin. It's hard to see the marks but I believe the one on the right is an anchor, that would mean it is from Birmingham, England. Can you polish up the back a bit where the marks are and take a clear, sharp photo?

Are the marks upside down in that photo? The one to the left in this view looks like it might be an animal with legs. Maybe not, though.
