Unsigned well made Sterling necklace need help to identify!

Hi got this necklace in a bunch of Native American stuff unmarked but tested Sterling any help to identify would be great.

Just a guess, but it appears to be a choker made in northwest India, not Indian (Native American) made. Native Americans don't typically use what appears to be a spring loaded clasp. But, it is attractive...
