Antique Gold Jewelry Marking Expert Help Needed

Can anyone tell me more about this old ring? It belonged to my Grandmother. I'm estimating it's from ~1900-1925. I'm not sure if the two green stones are emeralds. I believe the four tiny clear stones are mine cut diamonds. I don't know what the center stone is.

It looks like rose gold but I don't know if it's 14k or 18k. What does the X mark on the inside of the band indicate?

Any advice you can offer is much appreciated.P1000913.JPGP1000916.JPGP1000918.JPGP1000920.JPGP1000923.JPG

The photos are too dark to see details. The  small stones don't appear to be square and would not be mine cut.The "X" looks like a pair of scissors, the ring shank appears to be die struck,There is nothing on the ring to determine age unless the makers mark can be identified.

I cropped out the extraneous background and sharpened & lightened the entire photo in order to see the stones more clearly.

I couldn't get the mark on the inside to come in any clearer.
