What Company Uses a Raised Four Leaf Clover Mark?

The mark on this swan is a raised four leaf clover.  Anyone familiar with the maker?

Maybe Lucky Brand?

I thought about that but their clover looks different and their mark says "Lucky Brand" inside of it.  I've not found a mark on Lucky Brand jewelrly like mine.
