My first thought was a flower. Second thought when I saw the three rings /bands was something Trinity. Not helpful, I know 😞

It doesn't speak propeller or military to me, but I have a limited visual imagination. I see interlocked rings and a tri-part dome of some sort. I tried searching for images with those terms and came up empty

I don't see anything military here, and don't see anything religious either. Try trefoil as a search term or keyword.
