These are cuff links and pretty old. The ship is the America's Cup winner Puritan from 1885. These could be pretty old.

Hi, I googled a bit and found where someone had asked on the 925-1000 site about the same mark and this was the answer:
I think that is one of the marks used by Parks Bros. & Rogers Providence, Rhode Island (1892-1930).

I found that one too. It's close but not quite the same. They test as silver.
