Selling homemade seasoning blends

To the ebay experts-

I have a side hobby of making homemade seasoning blends for meats, casseroles, salads, etc. They are packaged neatly in labeled plastic baggies. Someone said you can not sell this on ebay. But after reading the do's and don't's I'm a bit perplexed. Opinions? Please and thank you!
