I have buyers that want to purchase candles from me and I prefer to use the Global Shipping Program. I dont understand why buyers from the United Kingdom email me asking me to add their country. I was under the impression that the UK was apart of this program.
Does anyone know how to ADD a country to a listing? Ive already confirmed that Im not excluding any countries so I dont know why this is happening.
Anyone had this issue?
