I have a problem with items for sale on EBay; When I look for them in search they do not appear in the list of all categories. This problem began in the middle of May this year. I have been selling the same items with the same names for almost two years without any problem. After May of this year the problems began. Only one item appeared in search and five customers ordered this item but it appeared as non-payment in my PayPal account. Check the sales list and I noticed that the Primary Email was changed to one that was not active for six years. Talk to EBay and PayPal and none of them want to admit the error. The problem with the Email has been solved, but the search problem remains the same.
