Identify Silver plated Flatware pattern? International S Co Xii

Hello everyone-

Need help with identifying pattern for this fork made by International S co. Has 'CAL' right behind the handle shown in pictures. What does that mean? Please help! Thank you so much in advance!

That pattern is called "Beacon Hill" in silver plate (called "1810" in silver). I don't know what "CAL" means (or the Roman numeral "XII").
