Extensively marked glass chalice - Please help ID

Please help me to ID the maker of this glass chalice. It is painted (partially) white glass about 4" tall. It has a blue stamped mark that is blurry in-real-life. I have made a drawing of the mark as I read it.

There is currently no Pottery, Glass or Porcelain Group showing.

I think you have the mark upside down and it's Japanese, with Mt. Fuji at the top. The PGP board is under Groups, then ebay Categories, well hidden.

Sorry Janet...I just triple checked and there is no selection currently for Pottery, Glass or Porcelain Group/CATEGORY showing WHEN ONE PLACES A REQUEST FOR HELP. It is my understanding ebay has removed it.
