Can you help identify this mark on aluminum ladle from 1997?

I believe this is an aluminum ladle and not pewter.  The impression is not very strong so I'm having a hard time identifying who made this piece - can you help?  Thank you!

Someone might recognize it if you show the whole thing. Arthur Court, maybe?
