The pliers tools pictured are used to remove (service) spring type hose clamps, as typically found in automotive applications (radiator / heater / fuel line and etc).

The 4th photo is a pai of hog ring pliers.  That pair is made for use in upholestry.  Both your tools are very common items and low cost.

Thank you for your reply.  That does help.  I might keep that set.

I have four tools there.  They are labeled by photo.  I realise they may not be expensive.  I found them in a box lot of items.  I am just trying to figure out what they are, if nothing else they make cheap .99 cent auctions.
