There is no easy way.
I would suggest that you first look at eBay India and register for PaisaPay, which is very similar to Paypal.
If you can obtain a credit card from a bank with western ties, it will be easier. I believe VISA is used by Barclay Bank from the United Kingdom as well as the Royal Bank of Canada . I am not familiar with American banks.
A credit card is the first step.
