No and yes.
Since you do not have a Store, the Vacation setting is not available to you.
However, you can take down all your listings. They will go into your Unsold list and stay there for 60 days (US sellers) or 90 days (non-US sellers).
When you return you can relist all with a few clicks.
When you take down the listings you will not get any rebate on your fees.
When you relist you will pay again the appropriate fees.
Before you panic about that, think about the problems that a Defect for not promptly completing a transaction can cause.
