1 neg = from 100% to 96.7%...1 pos = goes up by .1% per feedback. What gives???

Received an unwarranted negative from a buyer who claimed I sold her tights..my auction made it clear the listing was for leggings..used Lane Bryants sizing as well, included in listing..couldn't have done anything different for this buyer..has a history of negging sellers without any communication..anyway, I went from 100% to 96.7% with her one negative. Now, I've been selling stuff here and there, but each positive is only worth .1%, so what gives?

me too i got that problem, and now i have already sell times 10 iam still 96.3% i dont known why we do that and customers who give me negative feedback give with items have already cancel ebay not do anything this is problem
