Need help

I recently ordered something as a guest. I have emails confirmed my order and a Paypal payment confirmation . I then went ahead and set up an account. My order was to be delivered Monday or Tuesday this week with no delivery...I try to track it and it says I don't have any orders even as a guest. How can I get my money back if I don't receive my order or how can I track it. I do have my order number and confirmation number but won't let me but it anywhere?

You should be able to log into Paypal and view the order details.. 

There should be a tracking number there.. Check the tracking, a lot of USPS shipments are running late.

If the item never shows up and you can't file a claim via eBay, you can file on Paypal for Item Not Received.

check your Paypal and if it does not arrive file such with paypal

There should be a link in the email that you received when you made the purchase. If you don't receive the item, make sure that you are signed out of your current ebay ID and click on the link in the email.
