Jewelry Makers Mark Identification help....

HI All

trying to id this makers mark. I'd apprecaite any help... 

It's a pretty little pin but I have not been able to find anythign on the web that helps.. thanks in advance for the help...

As far as I can tell, it says INC in a flag. Over a C in a circle (possibly the © copyright sign) and underneath that, 1/20-12K GF 

I don't recognize the maker, sorry. I cropped and cleaned up the image, but google image search didn't help

Other than The Trademark is R with the inc symbol in the R, I couldn't find anything. Then again I am not a jeweler. Good luck though.

Awesome! thanks guys for solving the mystery... usually I can pretty much find most but this one had stumped me... I was looking for letter I or flag marks.. didn't even see the R shape..
