Inappropriate Pictures

Hello. I was just wondering if anyone knows if eBay has a content filter I can turn on, to block listings with pictures that should be rated as extremely inappropriate. I cannot say how many times I went to look for a simple cardigan sweater or long sleeping pajama pants or just women's tops in general and have been absolutely horrified by the content allowed to be seen on some of these listings. I am a Christian woman and do not appreciate seeing almost completely naked individuals posing in clothes that are not even relevant to my searches. I am ashamed to have been subjected to these types of pictures. These are things people would be arrested for and should not be shown at all. Children and young adults especially should not be subjected to this type of outrageous advertising by simply clicking on a search category. I would highly advise eBay to consider not selling these items at all or at least having those sellers be blocked, unless rated X content is turned on. Thank you guys so much for your efforts, time and help! God bless

Re: Inappropriate Pictures

Thank you for your time. I recognize that we have differing views morally and so I am leaving this discussion alone. I have done my part and messaged eBay suggesting a content filter that would filter the most extremely offensive listings and or pictures. Like I said earlier, thank y'all for your time and God bless

God made us naked. Do you blame Him?

Re: Inappropriate Pictures

I ran into this today and am so glad I found someone else commenting. I was looking at at a Peter Max drawing of Umbrella Man and the sponsored ads below were so inappropriate it was appalling. Every one of them belonged somewhere in a porn studio, not on an open computer screen where someone underage could be. I found a relevant ad link on the side of the page reporting if the ad was found helpful, but didn't have any further information. Thank you for commenting and opening the discussion, I was astonished to see such ads attached to things so innocent. I appreciate the comments.

Re: Inappropriate Pictures

I'm with you on this one.

Nothing wrong with the human body, but modesty seems to not exist anymore.
