I have a very lightweight blue plaid trench/raincoat, I don’t know, it’s an odd one, buttons say Burberry blue label, neck tag says London, but it’s a white label, care tag lists fabric content I’m sure is not in this jacket, but maybe I have a liner? The fabric is a really cool shiny iridescent navy color. I’m baffled, prob it’s fake, but buttons look real almost and they feet metallic not plastic. Can anybody tell me if there’s a chance it’s real?

I am not familiar with Blue Label. All I can tell you is that the inner label worries me IF it were a main line piece. The font is wrong and I dont like how it is sewn in.
I have seen that it should have a blue and white Blue Label label inside of it. I would also expect the inner care tag is in Japanese since it is made for that market.
However, again, I am not an expert in Blue Label. You may want to keep checking to see if anyone else knows 100%.

I am pretty sure London wasn't mainline, but Prorsum rather?

The main line has the BURBERRY London labels. Prorsum is the runway line. It could have a BURBERRY LONDON label, but the inner tag is marked Prorsum. Blue Label was made for the Japanese market. It should have a blue and white main label marked Blue Label.
Even if they put main line labels in a Blue line garment is moot because that main line label is not correct.

For your reference, here is what is wrong with that inner label.
Font is incorrect.
Flag should say Prorsum in it. Yes, even non-Prorsum labels say Prorsum in the flag. Having a flag saying Prorsum does not make it a Prorsum garment.
Stitches look awful.
