looks like E bay will not Honor the buyers . purchased a tv antenna from one of your sellers . item came in broke , contacted the seller he shipped out another antenna found out it was also broke appears both was
run over by a train .no one has refunded me for damaged item . appears e bay has sided with seller on this matter. will refrain from purchasing any thing else off of e bay. I believe both items was damaged when shipped .

He accepted a replacement instead of a refund. Then when the replacement was also damaged eBay wouldn't help. I explained why accepting a replacement instead of a refund was not a good idea because eBay's 30 day timeframe would expire while waiting for the replacement.

does not appear e bay cares about the buyer .I spent over 43.00 for damaged merchandise . will not buy anything else from e bay . unless I cannot locate some where else . I have purchased many items from e bay most all transactions good have 100% positive feed back

Clint, eBay does care. They care by having a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
Did you read it before you purchased the antenna so you would know what to do if your item doesn't arrive, or wasn't what you ordered? (You didn't order a broken antenna,,,)
When it was received broken did you go to your Purchase History and open a return case and get a return label or a refund? it doesn't sound like you did that.
Instead you chose to accept a replacement as a resolution.
I'm wondering why. Trusting them to properly package the replacement was a bad idea. If they can't properly package you should be done with them. What made you think they would suddenly do a better job of packing? smdh
You mentioned PayPal. Once you get PayPal involved eBay won't help you.
eBay won't help you if you are 30 days past your original delivery date. PayPal won't help with a not as described claim if you are 30 days past your delivery date. If they allow you to open a case you must return the broken items at your expense.
Maybe you can file a chargeback with your credit card co. Try it and let us know the outcome.

was not you that lost 43.00 for broke antenna shipped to me . will be more careful where I purchase next time I have 100 % positive feed back . have had pretty good luck buying off e bay for a # of years over 10 . will go back to a distributor & start buying from them.

I got in touch with the seller he took approx. 16 days before I received the second antenna . would rather have had a good antenna . I operate a tv service shop since 1970 & install tv antennas for customers that do not want sat.ser. will stay away from sellers who not have 100% positive feed back ,thanks
