item not received

my last day to receive items i ordered is listed as today so if item does not come in mail today i can file for item not received in the morning?do i have to call ebay and talk to them on phone or can it be handled by filing online thanks??and since today is the last delivery date is it to soon to file in the morning or should i wait a few more days even though the seller has never replied to a single email i have sent

Sorry you did not receive any replies when you posted.. Hopefully, you went ahead with online filing the not received items.

If you are still unable to use the online form, yes, do call eBay Customer Service (from what I've seen here it is better to call early in AM and get a US representative).
