i orderd insect zapper this thing exploded in my hand, i gave negative feedback to the seller, the seller is sending every day messages to delete or change my feedback and that i must because he refunded the item i do not want to change feeback and how can i block this seller

First of all, the seller refunded your money. Don't buy cheap

Insect zappers made in China. Just ignore the messages and delete them, don't read them.

Unfortunately this is just how electronics are made in China. A YouTube user named bigclivedotcom has a whole library of videos about how poorly-made and dangerous Chinese appliances are. 

The only thing you can do about it is not buy junk from China. Good luck and be careful!

I see what you're saying, but I think you're in the wrong here.

1: you bought a piece of garbage

2: it blew up, like one would expect

3: you complained to the seller and he gave your money back

4: you left bad feedback for him anyway

If you just changed the feedback, the problem might go away. It's not like he maliciously sold you something in an effort to injure you. He did the right thing in refunding your money.
