damaged itams

ok i bought 2 packs of blank dvds 50 packs from an ebay seller

BOTH packs have some damaged discs that clearly will not work

i have emailed the seller no repli as of yet

i have pictures of the damaged discs what should i do

thanks for the info BUT as of yet the seller has not emailed me back at all about the problem

Go to the bottom of this page and click Resolution Center.

Click Item Not As Described and open a case. The seller will send you a return shipping label and send your refund once they get the item back. If they don't want the item returned, they will just refund your money.
