What's going on with EBAY ! PLEASE HELP

Hey there , I ordered a pc from 20 june , iM new to ebay ! first of all ,

it suppose to arrived on 6july , but it didn,t ! I checked my tracking history it says item still in transit since 5july , however last scanned for the item was week ago , 

I used parcelapp website with tracking number to scan the item and what I get that this

  this is weird because i Didn't get any of these by ebay tracking history , any help ? or what i should do , I opened a case but I closed it by wrong and now I can't reopen it , seller told me that he send the Computer by using ebay shipping center

Have you contacted customs to find out why they are holding it?

Nope , I didn't even know about  it till today early I scanned my package by using tracking number by other website , ebay didn;t update it , but still question how im gonna contact someone that I dont have their number phone or anything else , weird
