I would recommend people here not to buy no software from eBay 3 different seller's all 3 software disk where no good 2 where blanks and the 3 would not load and to make things worst eBay money back is a scam!!!

Unless you're buying from the software company, most of the software found here is fake and probably full of viruses and malware.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

If you have the eBay item numbers that are in the listing, folks here can take a look. 

There are some categories where the eBay Money Back Guarantee does not apply.

If you paid by credit card, you may still hold the trump cards. 

I would first try to work the refunds thru eBay.

Yes it actually works! I've had Ebay help me when the sellers were being difficult. The key secret is  not to be confrontational to the seller.  DO NOT go 'This **bleep**product doesn't work!' it will immediately put you on a watch list. Nobody wants to deal with that kind of talk even if your case is legit.

I'm curious did the situation with the software get resolved? What was it that was such a fraud? I've ordered software here and never had 'fraud' but electronics yes.
