Slowed Down sales

Has anyone noticed a dramatic  decrease in  sales? The past two months my stores sales have dropped a lot which is unusual. I know the market gets slow and it depends on the season and what you are selling. My sales have never dropped this low in the past two years. I can see the items are being bought from other sellers by buyers. It almost seems as if Ebay stopped advertising my listings to be seen. Is there any way to contact an Ebay Account Specialist. I've had them just reach out to me in the past and discuss improving sales but I have not heard from any in awhile.

Hello, I think it could be because of the many scams in the electronics area. Customers are no longer buying in that section on eBay. I am a clear example. I bought 2 phones last month. When they reached my hands, both had problems with being blocked and 1 was stolen from the seller's company.

I'm not buying anything electrical on Ebay anymore, too many issues, no help from Ebay. I now have to go to the bank for a refund and report the seller to Trading Standards -  I should not have to waste my time and money to deal with this hassle, while the seller is ignoring my messages hiding behind Ebay's inaction.

UK consumer law says 1 year full guarantee on electrical items against any defects. If Ebay does not guarantee it, I'm not buying it.
