Notice to all:
A lot of listings have been put up for Canon and Nikon DLSR camera bundle kits at ridiculously low prices - most under $10. These ads purport to have the goods, and they even list a US address, however when making a purchase, as I did just to verify, the owners information switches to .ru which tells you they are in Russia. The scams are brilliant if you think about it because they get their immediate PayPal payment and by the time the buyer realizes the item is never coming to them, the PayPal money has been liquidated, account closed, and it is in a small enough amount of money that most likely it won't be investigated or pursued.
I have notified eBay by phone and by noting the fraudulent ads buttons online, but it seems that they are all either on a coffee break, extended lunch break, or they just don't care about their customers being ripped off to remove these ads promptly. I started contacting them on Sunday of this week, and only one ad seems to have come down, but many more have been added.

Anyone shopping for a camera here should understand that the big ones (Nikon, Canon, etc) have regional warranties that may not be honored in the USA if they weren't imported by authorized parties. They're called "gray market goods," and you are getting a deal because you're not getting what you would if you bought from a legit store.

The deals are usually not quite as good as <$10, but even if you do get a camera for your money it may not turn out to be such a good bargain. You should always be careful buying photo gear from anywhere that isn't an authorized dealer.

Do you even understand how Paypal works? File INR. Seller can't provide tracking. You get your money back.
