Hello, I bought an electronic equipment valued at $ 300.00 to gentoys store in china with 98.7% positive feedback and they sent the package with a tracking number that the us post office does not recognize and my purchase was lost and i sent messages to the store and it is not responding. How can you help me. Thank you
