 the buyer is claiming there's A administrator password 

the problem is when I set up the computer  I never put administrator password 

I think he's trying to scam me.

Did you include a copy of the OS like Windows 10 with it?

Then it is most likely a bios password?

It will let me log into the administrator account but I can not make any changes to the account without the password. I was trying to log in my outlook account and set up an additional account for my kid
