eBay, what should I do to get my money back, for the item I buy from eBay (which is useless and has a very poor quality), I have tried to contact costumer services, without success, because your phone is no longer in service, I have sent e-mail to the seller from the first day I received the merchandise. so that you can send me the label so that I can return the merchandise, it tells me that I have to do it through EBAY.
The seller you used is wholesale_connection, I followed all instructions using my ebay account, but the picture of the sound device that I bought does not appear

You do not need to contact eBay for this. What you need to do is to open a return request on that item...look in your order details page for "return item" or your purchase history page.
Check the appropriate reason for your return and the eBay return label should show up shortly in your eBay messages and/or your email that is associated with your eBay account.
If you have any other questions/issues, please come back to the board and ask.

It's Self-Service. Go to your Purchase History and find the item in question. Hit the big, blue 'Return this item' button (to the right), then select the reason for return. Use the drop-down menu to find the correct reason. Good luck.

Go to the resolution center below and select, the item doesn't match the description.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
If it's to late to file a claim on Ebay, file a claim with Pay Pal or your credit card.
