Defective Norton Internet Security

I Purchased a Norton Internet Security from Theshoppehub and it was supposed to be for 3 pc's but it only went on one and then it deactivated after 24hours so I asked the seller why it wouldn't go on the second pc and he sent me another code that still wouldn't work it said it was invalid and was only a trial so I then asked the seller to refund my money and he procrastinated and so I left him negative feedback which he later asked me to change it and he would refund my money and he would send me a feedback revision request which I got the refund almost a month after purchasing the item but he never sent the feedback revision request instead he went to ebay and they took it off without knowing my side of the story they said the removed it negative because I said I would change it and never did but I couldn't because he never sent the feedback revision request to me and I complained to Ebay but they couldn't do anything he is a bad seller he may have a high feedback score but its not right that my feedback that I left him was taken away he has quite a few Neutral feedback that people have complained to him about his stuff. I was given a negative feedback a year ago and I could never get it taken off but this guy did not fair

I'm sure you're a bit older and wiser now and hopefully a wee bit smarter too. Now just for the sake of reiteration, never under any circumstance be it eBay or Walmart or the police, offer any more information than necessary to get the point across.

Your only complaint should have been a defective item, nothing more - no banter no sad story just return at the sellers' expense for a refund and done. Then and only then after all has been solved do you leave feedback.

I just re-read the op and saw that your seller is in India, regardless they seem to have an impeccable reputation even though they smack of drop shipping.

My guess is that you had more of a technical problem rather than a sellers problem, either way, it all worked out albeit it took a bit longer than you hoped but being 2 continents over may have had a play in that.
