how the hell do you get a REAL PERSON on the phone and where can you get DIRECT PHONE number???? I have had it with the seller TITANTIME and their crappy customer service....ordered a K-40 cb antenna and it came with the most important piece missing~the micro size screw that is inset to the antenna to lock in place the adjusting stem....the idiots gave a $15 refund to find a screw that is NOT sold anywhere or another screw that will not work since you can not find screws that small....this shipper knows NOTHING about the products they selland I'd suggest if you see their name on something you are ordering, RUN FASTER THAN YOU WOULD THE FLOOD WATERS IN NC as their service is on a scale of 1 to 10, is a -99...so here I am with an antenna thats useless as you know what on a rattle snake
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason. The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning. If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
My first thought was "you don't get a real person on the phone anymore." EB has done a lot of cost cutting.
My 2nd thought was "don't buy an antenna from a vendor" but for the direct antenna seller direct from their website -- Or that A* site, where you will be able to return it.
