Trying to identify this glass maker?

Trying to identify this glass maker? EAPG. Fancy pattern...yellow or I guess what is referred to as amber flash glass with a handpainted star decoration of dots. Triple Footed. Dessert dishes.....measure 3 1/2 inches in diameter across top? Not an expert in this area and internet research leads me to believe either Hobbs Brockunier or Duncan Miller. I greatly appreciate any assistance or point in the right direction.
