it is very similar to a Westmoreland Glass Co. Dolphin Footed, Shell Pattern Bowl Compote..but am not sure if the green is a Westmoreland color.

Search using "Viking Glass Dolphin Footed (Shell, Compote, Comport)" and you'll see a few like your on eBay and Google.

Looked, this one has a different bowl shape and Dolphin is also different.

You never did give measurements.
On the replacements site, Westmoreland lists many of them as 6", 8", and 12" in various colors. I searched the site using the keywords: Westmoreland Shell.
