Bought a software program, "Embrilliance for Embroidery machines," about 7 months ago, now serial # has been deactivated because of suspicious behavior. In other words, the seller has sold the same serial # over and over. I can't reach ebay, what can I do?

Asking eBay to review a case:
If a buyer isn't happy with the seller's response or receives no seller response, the buyer can ask us to review the case from 3 business days after the case was opened. >>>If the buyer doesn't escalate the case to us within 30 days of opening the case, it closes automatically and we take no action.<<<
How to Escalate after three days:
-Go to the Resolution Center. You may need to sign in.
-Find your case at the bottom of the page.
-From the Take action drop-down menu, select Have Customer Support review this case.
-We'll respond with our decision within 48 hours.
