Hello!
I am trying to have a conversation with my Sister on facebook using video call or voice call, but I cannot hear her. She can hear me. I hear some noise which sounds like background noise, but no voice. I have tried on both of my laptops & both the same thing. I have tried changing various settings but still the same.
Currently using a HP Intel Core i5 with Windows 10.
If anyone knows what I need to do I would be very grateful.
