Poor Business Practices For Returns

I purchased a Samsung Odyssey and when I received it, the unit did not match the Samsung's description of the Samsung Odyssey Plus unit.  It advertised it double the resolution.  I tried the headset and did not touch the controllers as I already had a Samsung Odyssey Original unit.  I put the unit back into the box and returned it to Ebay.  I was sent a notice of a refund less $145 for no listed reason at all and had to eat the $84 cost of a 3 year warranty.  The end result was it cost me $229.99 for nothing.  This is not a good business practice and after several years with EBAY they seem to have lost their way.  I wont be buying anything anytime soon if ever and I will never buy a scam unreturnable 3 year warranty.  VERY UNHAPPY!!!

Poor Business Practices For Returns

Hi Bruce, just Open a return request under "Item Not as described." This forces the seller to refund you and pay for a return shipping label. You are protected under eBay's MBG so as long as you click that reason, you will very likely get a return.
