White porcelain statue large? Art Deco style about 12 inches tall and unable to locate any like it. Does anyone know this figurine?

I couldn't find anything like it either.  I don't know about deco....looks like square dancers.

Certainly not art deco.  Appears to be a blank that was available for customization.
