What is this called. Does anyone recognize the signature on it?

I picked this up at a Goodwill store. It's porcelain and I think hand painted. Is this called a water crock?

It is signed on the bottom. Does anyone recognize the mark and signature on the bottom?

Google search Russian porcelain samovar, then. There was a teapot that sat on top.

I don't recognize the mark but, the writing appears to be Greek.

The alphabet might be Greek, or it might be Cyrillic. Handwriting can be very difficult to figure out.

I can't make out some of the letters either way, but the 4th letter in the first line might (or might not) be Ж (zhe), and the first letter in the 2nd line might be Щ (shcha), which are both Cyrillic. The last one makes me lean towards it being in Cyrillic, because it's pretty clear, and there aren't any other characters that look like it that I'm aware of.

Either way, I can't translate it. Sorry.
