Identify style and era

Please help with identifying styles and era of arm chair.

Has a barrel back and was reupholstered

Not sure what type of wood it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it's probably walnut, and the style is French Bergere (believe it's Louis XV but not positive.)

Looks like an Edwardian reproduction (as it show next to no wear) nursing chair hence it being so low
