Does anybody have any info on this lauren ralph lauren body pillow? I cant find anything on it.. I went ahead and snagged it up for 4.99$ though. Thanks!

Ralph Lauren body pillows / bolsters with plaid covers seem to be fairly plentiful,  including in the pattern you have:

My question is, how do you know you can thoroughly clean and sanitize it, pillow and cover, so it can be used?

I would consider this "used household goods" as opposed to collectibles & art, unless I am missing something.  Seem to be selling $25 - $30 or so??

Given the incidence of bedbugs in this country, not to mention issues of hygiene, I'm amazed people buy used bedding that can't be washed in hot water, with bleach, and then tumbled for a long time in a dryer on the hottest setting.
