Help with 2 framed stamps?

Auction win a few years ago. On bottom of boxes. No knowledge on stamps. Found them or similar online and seem to be near worthless. Is this a special type or something I'm missing? Triple matted nicely framed. Not sure why spend all the $ to frame if worthless.

People have monetarily valueless things framed all the time -- kids' drawings, wedding invitations, theatre tickets, hotel receipts, postcards, plastic toys, newspaper clippings, scraps of cloth, bookmarks, all the little bits and bobs of life.  Someone had a reason for framing these, but you're unlikely to ever discover what the reason was.

What an odd thing?  Cost a fortune to frame and...  why?  One of life's mysteries.

The pictures were taking so long to load I got bored and left. Multi megapiel pictures are a real PITA. It is always a good plan to resize pictures for internat use.
