Can identify this brown pottery has 813 on bottom?

Brown shiny pottery with 813 on bottom, about ready to give it to Goodwill but thought I better check first.... it's old from my mother's inlaw things... thanks for all your help. I'm sure somone knows if this is something I should keep.
