Well if you need help, what exactly do you  need help for? You can get a return and buy a smaller dog sweater.  If it is to big get a return. There is nothing else to do.

@mcdcoins, I have to,agree with  @itsmostlikelytrashnottreasure on this. We need more information on what exactly it is you need help with regarding the item you purchased.

Have you tried contacting the seller regarding the problem?

If the seller accepts returns, then open a return. 

If the seller states on the listing that he doesn't accept returns, he may be willing to make an exception this one time.

If the measurements were described incorrectly,  then you may be able to open a Not As Described return. 

In any case, contacting the seller politely explaining the problem is your first step.

Otherwise your options are limited:

1. Resell the sweater
2. Donate it to a shelter
3. Give it to a friend whose dog it fits
4. Get a brother or sister for your Chihuahua
5. Start feeding your dog a lot more food

Anyway,  if you sincerely need help, we need more information to advise you how to proceed.

I think he meant his chihauhau was to big, he's really not very clear.
