Hi. Found this in a book of my Dad's. My guess is it might be Russian. Any help is very much appreciated.

That's a 1912 Russian 500 Rouble note.  Probably not worth much in the condition it's in.

15 de Julio 2018:  Yes!  *coins has it correcto.  Probably those notes will be in the 25 Cents each 'box'... Perhaps even in the 15 Cents 'box'... These are 'retail' prices.
