I bought a faulty laptop, claimed by the seller as not tested.
As a result, I received a parcel with garbage. The seller collected garbage (even smashes the screen) from different models of macbook and sent it to me, for my money.
The photos received and those stated in the description are different.
I posted a negative feedback, but Ebay deleted it a day later. Why no one told me...

If it doesn't match the description open an "item not as described" case. The seller will then send you a prepaid shipping label. Send the laptop back and when it is delivered you will receive a full refund. You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to open the claim, so don't procrastinate. There is no need to communicate with the seller.

I understand it. How to warn other buyers about a dishonest seller? Is the feedback system designed for this? Why does ebay delete a negative review and doesn't explain the reason to me. Maybe I'm wrong?

Yes, ebay has many reasons to remove negs and many times there is no reason. We've seen it a million times here.

Don't even waste your time trying to figure it out. I've been through this issue many times. Ebay removes negs and neutrals to prop up seller ratings, period. Higher ratings = more sales = more profit...

You see how your neg was deleted so you can guarantee others were too. That 100% rating the seller currently has is more likely not accurate. You can no longer trust the seller ratings, it's been going on for years.

There are certain words and wording not allowed in negative feedback. eBay or the seller can remove it.

Can't in a feedback call someone a 'thief, lier, mafia, fake, steals, etc. You can leave negative feedback but it has to be a nice negative feedback. I know that sounds strange. Something like item was not what it looked like in the photos. Or not a good buying experience.

You and I may think it's wrong but ebay evidently feels they make more profit doing this so it will continue. Their theory is if a buyer leaves a new buyer replaces them. Sooner or later that model will stop working.

ebay even has a service sellers can pay for that helps them remove negs. Now why would a good seller even think that is necessary? See the thread below

If you left feedback for the seller without notifying the seller that you were unhappy and without opening a return request for a NAD item, you didn't give the seller a chance to resolve your complaints. 

If your action is to neg a seller without any attempt at resolution, ebay will remove the feedback.

If it's the seller I believe it is, that seller has a lot of neutral as well as several negative feedbacks. I wonder if your comment was removed because of disallowed language. (Based on your posts, I suspect you were very angry and should have waited to cool off before leaving an unemotional feedback.)

Feedback was written without emotion. A message was sent to the seller, the photo is attached. I opened a case on PayPal.
